I’m a former accountant with a strong background in building investment funds in Luxembourg, where I’ve lived and worked for over 20 years. During my career, I’ve developed deep expertise in the Luxembourg fund industry, navigating its regulatory, operational, and financial aspects. After two decades in Luxembourg, I also spent two years in Switzerland, where I specialized in creating and structuring innovative financial products — particularly structured products tailored to client needs. Today, I still combine my experience with traditional consulting services, focusing on restructuring and mergers & acquisitions, where I help clients navigate complex transactions and transformations. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on both traditional fund structures, bespoke investment solutions, and strategic corporate advisory, which I enjoy bringing together to deliver value in complex financial environments.
