Customer Applications and Support Manager @ KLA | Electro-Mechanical Engineer Product Engineering Manager @ KLA-Tencor | R&D and Metrology Expert Leading Visual Inspection Systems for Silicon Industry at KLA With over 25 years of experience in team and project management in various R&D environments, I am a customer applications and support manager at KLA, a leading provider of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor industry. I am also a product engineering manager at KLA-Tencor, a subsidiary of KLA that specializes in visual inspection systems for silicon and other materials. In my current roles, I am responsible for managing customer applications and support for two new product lines within KLA ICOS: Zeta and Wafer to tape, as well as leading a R&D team developing and integrating new systems and technologies for visual quality control in the silicon market. I work closely with cross-functional teams across supply chain, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and applications in a multi-geographical environment, and oversee all pre and post sales activities, technical discussions, sample evaluations, spec reviews, tool installations, and qualifications. I also leverage my electro-mechanical engineering background and my expertise in wireless communications systems, vision inspection systems, and machine construction to solve customer problems, increase product value, and drive innovation and growth.
