Guiding organizations through complexity by facilitating strategic conversations that create alignment and shared direction. My career began in science as a researcher in computational chemistry. Over time, my work evolved across several dimensions of global organizations, including R&D operations, internal control, learning & development and transformation initiatives. Today I serve as Global Transparency Transformation Lead at Sanofi, working with international stakeholders to drive transformation across functions and regions. As part of this work, I contribute to the development of global core models that support transparency, governance and organizational alignment. A central part of my work is facilitation: designing and leading workshops and strategic dialogues that help teams navigate complexity, align perspectives and move transformation initiatives forward. My approach combines systems thinking, process improvement, storytelling and facilitation methods such as Six Sigma and LEGO® Serious Play®. What energizes me most is the moment when a group suddenly sees a challenge from a new perspective — and finds a shared path forward. Core focus areas: • Strategic Facilitation • Organizational Transformation • Systems Thinking • Stakeholder Alignment in Complex Organizations • Workshop Design for Strategic Conversations
