Hi, I’m Sven Erni. My journey’s been anything but conventional—starting in hotel management, living across Asia, and only really diving into Impact Acoustic in my early 40s. I want people to see that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself and find a path that’s both fulfilling and impactful. I thrive on innovation and creative problem-solving. If there’s a challenge, I’ll find a unique way to tackle it. But I also believe deeply in the power of people. At Impact Acoustic, our team is everything. I love motivating and connecting people, bringing together diverse perspectives from different cultures, and creating a space where everyone can thrive. That love for bringing people together comes from my time living in Asia, embracing different cultures, and seeing the strength in diversity. And this chapter is just one part of the adventure. Next, I’m literally setting sail around the world, blending my passion for exploration with a commitment to ocean conservation. I hope my story inspires others to see that you can innovate, motivate, and make a difference at any stage in life.
