Reports to: BLAUPUNKT CEO & CTO - lead the international project manager team - strategic planning of new opportunities in assigned product category/categories - new Concept Design - lead and manage global development teams - responsible to meet price and cost targets and submit necessary data for RFQ process in a timely manner - lead the Development team to realize product development from concept development to QA4 to meet customer requirements, in house specifications and in accordance to the procedures established - pLan and control resources in department - manage the performance of individual in Development team, identify and provide training needs to enhance their skills to progress in their job - responsible for the achievement of project targets in term of quality, cost and on time delivery and drive the team towards the achievement of these results. - plan and control the expenses of the Development team - coach and provide hands-on support to subordinates in achieving the above goals - identify core competencies, develop strategy to maintain and enhance skill and knowledge - establish close cooperation with other departments and entities worldwide - report project status periodically to the Top Management - responsible for technical sales function - establish performance indicators and evaluate staff performance - any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Responsible to meet price and cost targets and submit necessary data for RFQ process in a timely manner. 3. Lead the Development team to realize product development from concept development to QA4 to meet customer requirements, in house specifications and in accordance to the procedures established. 4. PLan and Control resources in Development department. 5. Lead the project manager team to realize a product development from concept development to QA4 in accordance to the procedures established. 6. Manage the performance of individual in Development team, identify and provide training needs to enhance their skills to progress in their job. 7. Responsible for the achievement of project targets in term of quality, cost and on time delivery and drive the team towards the achievement of these results. 8. Plan and Control the expenses of the Development team i.e. EEKO, MAE and overhead expenses. 9. Coach and provide hands-on support to subordinates in achieving the above goals. 10 Identify core competencies, develop strategy to maintain and enhance skill and knowledge in the department. 11. Establish close cooperation with other departments. 12. Report project status periodically to the Management. 13. Responsible for technical Sales function. 14. Development and supervision of subordinates and delegation. 15. Establish performance indicators and evaluate staff performance. 16. Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
