Lead and drive tendance and actual reporting for all PCII sites. Monitor and analyse actual business performance and communication of the Industrial Affairs senior management. Key financial data: size of own department 10 ( of which 8 site controller located in the respective sites), 8 sites in Europe ( Germany, Italy, France, England and Hungary), Total Budget PCII 1.400 Mio Euro, Total headcount around 5000.
Ensure the accuracy and timely reporting of all financial key data for period costs, capex cash out and inventories in line with Aventis accounting policies, procedures and US GAAP. This applies to plan, forecast and actual data submissions. Responsible for cost analysis, planning and reporting within DPO Frankfurt. In charge of pre calculation for new products. Supporting decision-making process related to new investments. Intensive engagement in project task regarding industrial excellence. Responsible for the whole toll manufacturing business DPO Frankfurt.
Reporting to the Head of Regional Controlling. Contribute to the planning, co-ordination and control of the achievement of regional sales, expenses, budget and profit (CCC) in co-operation with all regional functions, HMR subsidiaries in the region and Corporate Controlling. Monitor and control the expenses and profitability for Copaxone (licensed-in product). Analyze and control regional expense budgets in Frankfurt & Paris. Monitor and control financial issues of regional (multi-national) clinical marketing studies.
