I'm a sustainability professional supporting environmental programs and capacity building across West Africa. Over the past three years, I've coordinated USAID-funded biodiversity initiatives, managed fisheries projects, and built networks with media organizations to amplify conservation messaging. My work includes designing MEL frameworks, training grantees on compliance, and organizing workshops that connect rural communities with international development partners. I specialize in translating complex environmental challenges into actionable programs. Whether coordinating young women in fish farming, supporting chimpanzee conservation communications, or facilitating stakeholder engagement, I focus on practical solutions that work on the ground. I'm proficient in project administration, data analysis, and remote collaboration—skills I've applied across NGOs, government entities, and donor-funded programs throughout Ghana. I'm building expertise in sustainability, circular economy, and regenerative practices across Africa. I believe environmental impact happens when communities have the knowledge and resources to lead their own solutions. The Young Impact Associates (YIA) fellowship seeks to strengthen data-driven leadership and amplify the role of young African professionals in evidence-based decision-making across agrifood systems (Monitoring and Evaluation). It builds strong technical and leadership capacities in impact measurement, learning, and adaptive management while offering hands-on experience in high-impact research and practice within Africa's agri-food systems.
• Coordinated donor-funded young women in fish farming project by managing field monitoring, budgeting, and stakeholder communications, which supported 80+ beneficiaries across 10 communities. • Designed and implemented Monitoring and Evaluation Plan with SMART indicators for project activities. • Conducted field monitoring visits to assess project progress, provide technical support to beneficiaries, and ensure compliance with donor requirements. • Managed project budget, track expenditures, and coordinate with finance team for timely reporting. • Led community-based research and data collection for environmental advocacy campaigns across Ghana. • Analyzed and communicated project outcomes to inform policy input and strategic decision-making.
