Suzheila (aka Sheila) has served many roles at KPMG. She is currently an Executive Assistant at the Audit Commercial Practice and recently selected to support the Global Audit Leader for the Insurance Industry. Sheila’s background includes office management, administrative, events planning, and research as well as business development in the areas of growth & strategies. She was also the Training Coordinator for the Chesapeake Business Unit and assisted during the inception of Audit Innovation within her local Audit Practice. Prior to Sheila’s most recent role as an Executive Assistant, she was a Senior Associate with KPMG’s client relationship management group (CRM) within the Marketing Division for 9 years focused on two successful deployment and system implementation of firm’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database, namely, InterAction and SAP-based Platform called ‘SYNC’. Prior to KPMG, she handled office management and administrative role focusing on finance and accounting, education and tourism for international businesses and diplomatic relations and transactions. Besides working at KPMG, Suzheila is also a visual artist specializing in Photography. She is a Certified Professional Digital Photographer Graduate of Boston University at Center for Digital Arts. Because of her love of photography, her talent is sought after by KPMG Leadership nationwide as well as her peers during various events and KPMG’s community involvement activities. As an avid travel and fine arts photographer, she has exhibited her work within the Metropolitan DC Area. Her work was also featured together with other women photojournalists at WPOW exhibit during FotoWeek in Washington, DC and Look3 Festival of Photographs in Charlottesville, Virginia. At that time, her work was featured at more than 20 universities nationwide. Her other works were also featured at nationwide and international magazines. As a well-rounded photographer, Suzheila does lifestyle, portraiture, events, travel and destination, food, fashion, architecture, photojournalism, commercial, editorial, on-commission and special projects. Sheila’s passion on travel and photography has brought her to explore around the world including the 7th continent, Antartica.
- Senior Associate, CRM Shared Services – Marketing Division, Dec 2011 - October 2015 Participated in projects that supported and strengthened CRM’s role as a core process within the Firm. She worked with both on-shore and offshore teams supporting CRM processes, design and system implementation of new operating procedures and policies. Sheila has extensive knowledge on creating spreadsheets for reporting, data analysis and confidential pipeline management; she also conducted various trainings within the Firm and worked with Leadership, Management and various stakeholders.
