Market Strategy & Planning for P&G's Haircare brands in BeNeLux. - Responsible for go-to-market and commercial strategy for the brands Head&Shoulders, Pantene and Aussie in BNL. -Lead the national roll-out of P&G's innovations within these brands, ensuring effective execution and market impact. - Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Marketing, Finance, Product Supply, and Data Analysts to develop and execute strategies that enhance overall business performance. - Work and optimize external/internal databases to leverage consumer and financial insights for the Marketing and Sales teams. - Coach and mentor a team of 13 Account Executives in the BeNeLux organisation.
