Implemented many projects with aggressive legislative deadlines including Realid and Green Light Law. * Oversee 40+ staff that provide support for the statewide DMV issuing office system, license, registration and title transaction processing, license and registration document production systems, Motor Voter processing and insurance processing systems for the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles.

* Spearheaded a large scale infrastructure renovation project. * Successfully managed project and led IT team for a 22 month rewrite of an antiquated title/lien/registration processing data entry system to a web-based CICS system. User base of 150+ users spanning multiple departments. Project received Commissioner's Recognition Award. * Supervise and direct staff of developers responsible for vehicle safety, administrative/financial and title/lien system support
* Managed a project development team supporting five consumer loan application systems * Responsibilities included projection of budget, staffing, schedules and operational performance, evaluation of project staff, recommendations for salary actions, promotions and new hires, insuring all deliverables completed with high quality, on schedule and within budget and maintaining a stable operating environment. Staff included 7 full time employees and 13 consultants. .
