Working with the owners of the business to develop a significant (49ha) industrial development site in Western Sydney. Gaining approvals and de risk planning, sales and marketing and go to market strategies and long term performance of sell and hold strategies.
Working with the commercial and self storage teams to grow the business through new development and expansion in VIC, ACT and New Zealand. 1. delivered 16,000sqm of new self storage space through complete development lifecycle 2. development management of a 18,000 sqm office building refurbishment currently underway
