As a Software Development Manager in Capacity Planning org, I lead a team of 10+ Engineers. Our team owns multiple micro-services responsible for planning capacity across Amazon's contact centers WW and generating schedules for all the Customer Service Agents. Our system is designed as a generic planning platform capable of handling various other non-CS contact center use cases. My responsibilities include reviewing/contributing to architecture, helping the team in solving difficult problems, working with product team on long term goals and people management.
Working as Software Engineer in Customer Returns team which takes care of all possible transportations available for the customer to return an item.
Designed Arcot risk android app to evaluate the risk of the device based on parameters like mobile parameters. ( used in second factor authentication )
