I am a lawyer since November 2007, with focus on tax law and credit collection. After achieved Tax and Legal Master degree at Bocconi Universtiy I developed my career on the risk and collection management. I started with recovery specialist, managing the credit provided by the originator, 3 years’ experience in GE Capital Services and BNP Paribas. I worked as a Project Manager and Senior Legal in PWC with different customers (ENI, Edison, Snai, RCS) focused mainly on creating a legal workflow to collect credit. My latest experience was as a Head of Legal Small Ticket on Banca IFIS, recovering credit bought from originator. These experiences allow me to understand deeply the credit management from 3 different perspectives: the originator, the consultant and the buyer.
