While at IXOPAY, I continued to lead a cross-border team of attorneys following the merger of TokenEx (Oklahoma, USA) and IXOPAY (Austria) and IXOPAY's acquisition of Aperia Compliance (Texas, USA). In my current role at Cofense, manage a small team of attorneys based in the US and the UK to ensure our global sales org has strong and quick legal support.
I was a co-Professor for UST Law's Business Externship course, which included the placement of students with business lawyers in the Minneapolis legal community. The classroom component included providing real-life experiences from my various positions at Sovos, Calabrio, and IXOPAY and ensuring students understood the various legal issues in-house counsel handle on a daily basis.
