I am a Qualified Specialist Teacher, Neurodiversity Trainer, Speaker and Education Consultant dedicated to supporting neurodivergent young people, teens, families and educators. I specialise in ADHD, AuDHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, OCD and Giftedness, helping learners thrive both in and beyond the classroom. With over 20 years’ teaching experience (mainly Science - Chemistry) in UK secondary schools, I bring deep expertise across academic and pastoral roles, alongside hands-on experience as a Neurodiversity Specialist teacher. I have delivered evidence-based interventions, teacher training and neurodiversity-informed strategies that promote inclusive education and student wellbeing. I combine my professional knowledge with lived experience of neurodivergence, currently raising and working with neurodivergent teens. I support families in navigating the education system - advising on school support pathways, collaboration with external agencies, and effective parenting strategies. My work also includes 1:1 teen coaching and academic mentoring, with a focus on building confidence, executive functioning skills and emotional resilience.I am particularly passionate about advocating for “able but overlooked” neurodivergent learners - students whose potential is often missed in traditional school environments. Through my coaching programmes, I equip young people with the tools to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally, while prioritising mental health and sustainable success. I am Level 7 Dyslexia trained (AMBDA assessor) and before entering education, I worked in the corporate sector and hold a degree in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Bath.
