• Conduct Training Needs Analyses and develop training plans for the Group. • Create, compile, implement and communicate corporate training policies. • Setting corporate strategies for homogenization of learning methodologies. • Implementation of new learning methodologies in different countries where the Group is present, entailing follow-up of providers and countries. • Analysis and assessment of effectiveness of learning programs to enhance them. • Identify the best External Training Providers that are aligned with the Group´s strategy. • Contact and negotiation with External Training Providers. • Estimate and allocate budget. • Setting and implement management procedures to maximize effectiveness. • Quality control of management procedures. • Measure employee satisfaction. • Stay current with the latest training development in the market. • Collaborate with recruitment department to assess candidate´s command of English or Spanish language.

• Conduct personalized interviews to identify needs of the students. • Language consulting to elaborate individual learning program. • Set language objectives. • Follow-up of student´s progress to determine if the objectives were met. • Organization of different creative and out-of-classroom activities to immerse students in a more natural environment. • Enhance methodologies used. • Design and develop training materials to reinforce different skills of the students.
