My goal is to elevate your Finance Center to a Centre of Excellence, as I have successfully done in the projects I have managed previously. My extensive experience over the past 23 years, makes me confident in my ability to offer you warranty of success. I have actively contributed to the successful management of various projects and challenges, both globally and locally. My focus has always been on improving the quality of life and creating sustainable, positive change. I ensure that resources are allocated to the most critical areas to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, prioritize tasks, and provide stakeholders with regular updates on project status. One of my key strengths is increasing efficiency through strong collaboration with business and support functions. I support SKF's strategy and business needs by closely monitoring and anticipating potential disruptions, focusing on end-to-end efficiency, quality, and stabilization. Under my leadership, efficiency groups have been created to automate and standardize processes, using AI and other tools to optimize and spread best practices across the SKF community. My teams have successfully completed three SAP implementations in Belgium, France, and Italy, overcoming numerous cross-cultural challenges and resistance to change. I currently lead a team of thirty individuals. I pride myself on being an inspirational leader with strong empathy, earning my team's trust. Through a leadership coaching program, I have reinforced my ability to foster a cohesive and motivated team. We have been recognized within the SKF community as ONE TEAM. My purpose is to bring together diverse skills, perspectives, and strengths to work towards common goals, fostering collaboration, enhancing communication, and building trust. This approach results in a resilient, adaptable, and high-performing team with low attrition rates. I would like to highlight the Business Excellence methodology applied within the company, based on the Lean concept. I have led the assessment of the Finance Operations Centre in Madrid and I am proud to share that we achieved certification March 2025! South EMEA Finance Operation Centre (FOC) founder since its creation leading by example and actively coaching a group of 30 people. Actively participation and promotion of standardization processes and analysis. Proactive waste reduction and boost of improvement initiatives with the aim of adhering to business excellence goals and projects:Lean methodology expert, certified since March 2025. Regularly interacting and offering input to all stakeholders. Promoting FOC a as key and trustworthy partner for the different business areas in SKF. Initiatives handled placing FOC South as a referent: implementation and leading of closing calls, TFT, Pulse daily meetings, Monthly Team meetings. Sucessful and timely monthly closing, with regular follow-up on KPIs short, mid and long-term as well as FOC Operational Reporting management with Chiefs Accountants. Monthly Internal Controls follow up with area manager. Actively participating in SAP implementation for Belgium, France and Italy with great success, trying to replicate the Spanish and Portuguese model. Active silo reduction by importing/exporting best practices across teams. Lead in process review, leveraging synergies by promoting E2E process analysis and driving process transformation and opperational efficiency aligning with global initiatives. Robust backup structure in place. Spreading SKF vision and core values as well as FOC active role in achieving a high impact in our value chain. Boosting a culture of flexibility and professional commitment with a strong focus on continous improvement. Involvement in data analysis and development of FOC culture in which decisions are based on facts, thus providing high value recommendations for the business. I have looked beyond operational achievements by seeing strategic steps and participating in governance forums to ensure financial compliance and efficiency of outsourced activities. He gestionado, controlado y analizado diariamente todos los procesos de A/R y A/P. En cuanto a la Tesorería mis principales funciones han sido las siguientes: o Control y Gestión diario del Cash-Flow, Cash-Pool y Forecast de las compañías. Análisis de las desviaciones y posterior corrección según las directrices de Volvo Treasury. o Gestión de Avales de las compañías con el control exhaustivo del límite de crédito, liderando un proyecto para depurar estos avales y reducir costes. o Realización y Supervisión de todos los pagos (nóminas, impuestos, pagos urgentes). En cuanto a los Clientes mis principales funciones han sido las siguientes: o Control y Gestión de Clientes de todas las compañías (Facturaciones locales, FACTURAE para organismos públicos). o Análisis exhaustivo del Ageing de Clientes mensual con identificación de incidencias y puesta en marcha de las acciones necesarias para su resolución. o Implantación y puesta en marcha del proyecto piloto interno Volvo Production Service (VPS), para el control, análisis y revisión del cumplimiento de los principales indicadores de la compañía (KPI’s). Implantación de este proyecto en otras áreas de negocio. o Análisis, Elaboración y Supervisión de la información de A/R facilitada a los Auditores internos y externos. En cuanto a los Proveedores mis principales funciones han sido las siguientes: o Control y Gestión de proveedores de todas las compañías. o Realización y Supervisión de todos los pagos. o Supervisión del worflow de facturación de proveedores, análisis de desviaciones y correcciones. o Análisis, Elaboración y Supervisión de la información facilitada a los Auditores internos y externos.
Durante esta etapa me introduje en el apasionante mundo del Reporting Financiero. Aprendí lo que es verdaderamente trabajar bajo la presión de los plazos sin perder un ápice de calidad en el resultado. Mis principales funciones fueron: o Reporting mensual, trimestral y anual a empresa matriz en el extranjero (Francia y Suecia). Participé en el proceso de traspaso al nuevo de sistema de reporting BCS. o Elaboración de información previa para el envío del Reporting : ficheros Buy Back; Inmovilizados, altas, bajas y amortizaciones; cartera de pedidos; inventarios; stock, unidades y valores; conciliaciones bancarias e intercompanies; saldos clientes y proveedores. o Resolución de incidencias en el Reporting en contacto directo con los CAPS en Francia y en Suecia
Empecé con mucha ilusión mi andadura en el mundo contable, con la inocencia e ingenuidad de alguien para el que todo es nuevo. Fui una verdadera esponja y forjé la base para todo lo que vino después. Mi carrera empezó en el área de A/P, al ser bilingüe en francés me contrataron para participar en el proceso de deslocalización de A/P a Lyon (Francia) convirtiéndome en una verdadera experta en proveedores.
