Associate Director with more than 30 years experience advising in the area of international Mobility services. I provide compliance and advisory services to expatriate employees and employers at ExpatMatters http://www.expatmatters.co.uk/ . In previous roles I led the tax compliance function for a large team at Deloitte. I also led the Wellbeing and Inclusion strategy for the team, supporting individuals with their wellbeing and also had extensive experience in Wellbeing lead roles at service line, business unit level and feeding in to central firm strategy. I am also passionate about supporting and developing people, helping them learn and develop and supporting them with their wellbeing as they journey through their career and life in general. I started my career at EY where I became fully ATT and CTA qualified and worked for a number of years on a variety of challenging clients and projects. I spent 2 years working in a mid tier firm before joining Deloitte in 2008, subsequently achieving Associate Director status. My client bases have ranged widely from Japanese businesses and their employees to extensive experience with US and European and other global expatriate populations, managing both large and small engagements. For a number of years I have taken an active interest in and various roles in the workplace supporting Mental health and Wellbeing and Diversity and Inclusion. I also volunteer for a charity providing free access to mental health and wellbeing courses and discussion groups where I lead some of the sessions and prepare materials.
