Prepared patient’s admission packets Prepared Nurse’s supply order Sort patient files alphabetically and numerically Phone calls to patient’s family for bereavement support group
Key data entry and verify information from remittance/source documents following written/oral instructions Perform efficiently, meeting production and accuracy standards Offer keying procedure suggestions to clarify or improve work processing Inform supervisor of procedure and/or document problems for resolutions
Answer calls professionally Research and respond to customer inquiries using available resources Handle and resolve customer complaints Process orders such as parts/services, returns and exchanges and complete call logs
