I worked with and supported the account management and creative team in promotion of our client's brand through disease education and promotional campaigns. I aided in the development of a scope of work for a given calendar year, including the project budgets of agency fee and pass through costs, along with the monthly and quarterly forecasting for staffing and agency leadership review. Managed a $5 million annual client budget, I established cadence of projects to create a consistent workflow for the agency team, avoiding the usual ebb and flow of agency work. Using strong organizational skills, I managed timelines and created calendars, kept all projects on track and met all important deadlines. I evaluated print and digital media plans to find the best, in-budget solutions. After reviewing reports on digital placements and SEO, I adjusted placements to ensure the best ROI and oversaw the media invoicing to the client.
