Over 16+ years at Microsoft and SAP Concur, I led the T&E Approvals Agent, one of Microsoft's first production agentic AI systems, shipped to 500+ enterprise tenants and featured in Satya Nadella's Ignite 2024 keynote. I defined the RAG grounding strategy that took agent accuracy from 60% to 95%, designed the human-in-the-loop architecture for high-risk approvals, and delivered $3M in annual savings with a 20% DSO reduction. I've also transformed core enterprise platforms at scale: Quote-to-Cash (400% faster invoicing cycle time), expense management modernization (220K users, 120 countries), and enterprise adoption programs (70% adoption in 4 months). I define vision, align engineering and GTM, validate with Fortune 500 Customer Advisory Boards, and drive execution on some of the most regulated, high-stakes workflows in enterprise SaaS with a strong UX instinct for platforms where simplicity is hard-won. I studied existing processes, conducted feasibility studies, determined process logic and automated it saving 90 workdays/year for the Manager.
Used MDX (Multi dimensional expressions) queries to build models using historical data and generated metrics and reporting for top pharmaceutical companies. Metrics included growth and sales forecasts for each drug, that helped identify business opportunities leading to an increase in MoM, QoQ and YoY sales and revenue.
