By using APM tools like Newrelic, Dynatrace and Datadog to support our client website real-time performance. Working on the environment like Linux, AWS, Salesforce, Adobe Magento. At time of sales we are scaling up the server performance and proactively check all the alerts. Checking of scheduled jobs, service status which are configured on the salesforce environments. On-host integrations, Installation and configuration of services running on AWS cloud Creating daily, weekly and monthly report on JIRA service desk for all the projects we are supporting. Creating KB articles, SOP documents for how to handle and troubleshoot the issues Handling of critical tickets and involving concern team members on bridge call to resolve the issue within SLA Creating problem ticket for the recurring issue with proper findings and assigning it to concern teams to get it resolved. After resolving critical or P1 ticket will create PIR template with chronological order to have the RCA. Provided 24x7 support for critical production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through regular client interactions and team collaborations Sound knowledge of Linux administration, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Experience on agent installation creating of alerts, synthetic monitors and dashboards, NRQL, log analysis in New-relic and Dynatrace Additional DevOps Responsibilities & Achievements Designed and implemented CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Docker for automated deployments. Managed Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and optimized resource utilization. Automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
