Make workplace fun!!! That's what it makes a lot.
House of OBD Planning (HOP): - Building a React + Spring Boot application with RBAC and entitlement management (ALICE) for secure workflows. - Gathered end-user feedback to design intuitive UI features and enhance user experience. - Drove backend feature development, service integration, and CI/CD automation via GitHub Actions. Core Contributions Across Projects: - Developed unit and integration tests (JUnit), increasing test coverage and reliability. - Resolved SonarQube issues and enforced coding best practices through reviews, improving maintainability. - Collaborated in Agile teams, managing deployments, monitoring production stability, and ensuring DevOps best practices. SEPOC ( Securing Production Conformity ): Led migration from Azure → AWS, from CI/CD setup, RDS configuration, Kafka/MQ and external service integration, and pod-to-pod communication, data migration across and sanity across DEV, INT and PROD. Impact: Improved system reliability and reduced cloud infra costs through optimized configurations. Awards: Monthly Award – Recognized for ALICE security integration and support beyond deliverables. Recognition for Quick thinking and implementing quick changes for critical VANS cron job issue and accelerated. Sundown Hero Award – Led SEPOC’s Azure-to-AWS migration and DevOps operations, demonstrating strong ownership and technical leadership while ensuring a smooth, disruption-free transition through proactive planning, technology rationalization, and delivering ~€150,000 in cost savings
Certification Conformity Check for Software (3C4S): - Designed and developed a Spring Boot microservice to flatten and chunk large vehicle JSON payloads, enabling ticketing teams to process 30K–50K records daily. - Integrated AWS S3 for chunk storage and Apache Avro for schema-based transfer, improving scalability and maintainability. - Automated CI/CD pipelines (Dev → Prod) using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD for seamless deployment. - Led load & performance baselining across 5 microservices (replica, CPU, memory, concurrency, partitions). Core Contributions Across Projects: - Optimized Kafka performance by reducing payload size and improving message throughput. - Refactored core modules, boosting system performance and reusability. - Developed unit and integration tests (JUnit), increasing test coverage and reliability. - Resolved SonarQube issues and enforced coding best practices through reviews, improving maintainability. - Collaborated in Agile teams, managing deployments, monitoring production stability, and ensuring DevOps best practices. Awards: Bronze Award - Optimized flattening service, boosting speed, reducing infra cost and added business value.
Certification Check Flattener for SWF: Collaborated with the SWF team, which handles tickets raised from incorrect vehicle data outside regulations. The existing DaBo (Dashboard) process had cost constraints (e.g., Xtelo fetching files from S3 for flattening on a time-based schedule, making today’s data available only the next day). Proposed and contributed to a solution that reduced costs, enabled near real-time data availability, and simplified workflows for the SWF team. Implemented Phase 1 of Certification Check Result flattening, which revealed architectural gaps in the certification workflow. Conducted detailed analysis and proposed a refactoring approach, presenting recommendations to architects and leads for adoption. Worked on setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment across environments up to production.
