I have carried out the following work, Indigenous development of Air revitalization system for re- breathing of air in confine system. Synthesis of adsorbent and modification of adsorbent materials, characterization and application for Solid -gas reaction process Solid -Gas reaction Kinetics study.Feasibility study of CO2 gas adsorption for different adsorbent materials.. I am responsible for Procurement of machine and materials, preparation of Specification and vendor selection.Pre -design Studies and calculation of Heat Transfer , Mass transfer and Reaction Kinetics I had performed pump hydraulic calculations, line pressure drop calculations, Utilities requirements determination and thermal designing and rating of shell & tube heat exchangers, air cooled heat exchangers, Heat and Mass balance calculations, performing supporting process calculations, preparing specifications for all required project supporting equipment and all accessories. Including, heat exchangers, pumps, instruments, and other supporting items. .I was also involved in Annual Energy Audit team.
• Development of systems for curtailment of CO2 and comparative studies of other materials for CO2 gas adsorption. • Process feasibility studies and prepared technical reports. • Design of specific project equipments & preparation of datasheet. • Specifications preparation and procurement of materials and equipments. • Selection of equipments for process. • Preparation of Process Flow Diagram. • Heat and Mass Balance Calculation • Process Design and Simulation
• Operation of ultra pure H2S gas generation Plant of capacity 200 m3/hrs. • Operation of Heavy Water Plant for commercial scale Production. • Operation and trouble shouting of Vacuum Distillation column, Atmospheric Distillation column, Heat Exchangers and Cooling tower. • Commissioning and smooth running of 500 m3/hr capacity PSA based N2 gas Plant. • Operation and trouble shooting of liquid N2 and Liquid O2 plant. • Operation of 500M3/hrs capacity, Ion Exchange based water treatment plant. • Provided day-to-day support to Production and Maintenance teams with respect to optimum, efficient and safe plant operation. • Involved in technical monitoring and troubleshooting of the Utility systems. • Monitored plant performance against approved targets on a day-to-day basis and identified existing or potential technical problems. • Provided process & operational inputs into the technical safety reviews, training operators, maintenance activities, and performance test-runs. .
