Sassy Media Group is Asia's fastest-growing digital media group for women. Our Sassy and Sassy Mama brands connect with women in Hong Kong and Singapore, delivering the scoop on what's new and hot in the world of wellness, style, beauty, eating out and travel. As Partnerships Manager, I - Created, pitched and executed bespoke multi-platform advertising solutions for variety of clients, ranging from local start ups to global corporations, in order to expand their reach into the Hong Kong market. - Managed key accounts for over 3 years, working with clients from initial pitches to sales execution. Accounts include Diamond Registry, Flight Centre, Jacada Travel and Asia Miles, amongst others. - Pitched and led the team for Sassy Speaks, Sassy Media Group's first independent podcast project created in collaboration with Create Productions. I currently serve as host of the series, where we interview two guests per episode on a variety of topics based on reader feedback.
Designed and managed the execution pipeline in the sales department, including creating an advertising master calendar and a team workflow to ensure on time delivery of client collateral Streamlined and improved the communication flow between the design team, partnerships team, editorial team and senior management. Established a rapport with many of the current key accounts through efficient campaign delivery and customer service , which brought in repeat business Managed all Sassy Hong Kong and Sassy Mama Hong Kong social media assets, such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter by creating a comprehensive social media strategy from scratch that portrayed a consistent brand voice and encouraged user engagement, which resulted in an over 50% increase in following for both brands over a short span of 6 months.
Created comprehensive digital asset data tracker for all RB HK brands, and was responsible for distributing a monthly digital newsletter on digital asset performance for Dettol, Durex, Scholl, Veet, Megared and Vanish. Implemented and launched eCommerce pathways for all brands on brand websites, Facebook and popular local online retailers. Liaised with RB global management and international agencies to create and implement a detailed SEO program for Durex and Dettol in order to achieve top priority KPI targets. Set up and launched in depth social publishing and listening pathways using Salesforce Radian 6/Social Studio software for all brands across HK/TW market. Conducted analysis on promotional methods and their success in HK market periodically post brand launch (Megared) in order to optimise ROI.
