Responsibilities: • Supervising the Distribution Centre spanning 315,000 Sq Mtrs, including the Automation DC, with a dual reporting structure to Group Head SCM and administratively to KSA CFO & CCO. • Providing SCM support for a 8 billion SAR Retail Business, overseeing a substantial budget of 300 Mio SAR. • Heading the territory for all format businesses within Centrepoint and Home Centre Warehouses, managing a team size of 2500+ staff, including 8 Managers and 24 Assistant Managers, along with 2468 skilled indirect personnel. • Monitoring and updating status reports for the "End to end" supply chain process, ensuring seamless operations. • Overseeing the entire P&L of the territory and Eastern region distribution, emphasizing accountability and efficiency. • Tracking and monitoring home delivery operations for 1500 invoices and 565 stores delivery, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness. • Ensuring a 95% process audit compliance, a 99% Health Safety Environment (HSE) audit, and 100% adherence to Customer Service Level Agreements (SLA). • Improving logistics productivity, achieving Dock to Stock within 3 days (SLA 85%) and a fill rate of 99%. • Achieving and enhancing productivity through the implementation of Labor Management System (LMS). • Implementing KATA process and Control Tower strategies for productivity enhancement and strategic planning. • Prioritizing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and conducting structured discussions in 1:1 session.
