Lead facilitator for onsite Integrated Business Planning (IBP) training for multiple sites in North America, Brazil, Columbia, and Argentina.
Initially challenged with taking back control of distribution center from previously hired 3PL. After assuming full responsibility for distribution center operations, reduced sales line backlog by 72%, improved on time/in full service by 17% and greatly improved communication with Customer Service, Sales and Commercial Team. Managed team of 3 Production Planners, Purchasing Manager, Buyer, and 15+ warehouse personnel to support all supply related activities for plant and distribution center.
Within first four months, built and rolled out new S&OP tools and process improving consensus forecasting, providing capacity vs requirement and inventory planning views out 18 months for several manufacturing cells withing 3 manufacturing sites, including monthly executive S&OP reviews - clearly communicating consensus demand forecast vs. plan and utilization of all assets.
