As part of NUS's Organisational Excellence (OE) journey aimed at fostering a culture of transformation, new skills, and continuous improvement, I served in the cross-functional OE Transformation Unit under the NUS President, Deputy President (Finance and Administration), and OE Director. My portfolio included: - Designing, executing, analysing, and communicating outcomes of the 2020 Organisational Agility survey. - Co-chairing the NUS Mental Well-being Task Force. - Leading change management efforts for the roll-out of SAP Concur, the University's new travel and claims management system. - Communicating OE efforts to disseminate best practices. Developed branding and communications strategies to reach out to NUS' 300,000 alumni. Channels included award-winning The AlumNUS magazine (nus.edu.sg/alumnet/thealumnus/), where we turned our hardcopy format into an interactive web experience. The team strengthened existing email, Whatsapp and newsletters channels with on-goings in the University and memorable alumni stories. Our team also initiated NUS alumni's social media strategy. As a member of the Alumni Office's Directorate, I also served as Secretariat to the Alumni Advisory Board and Secretariat to the prestigious NUS Alumni Awards' Selection Committee.
