I lecture on Brand Analytics at Chulalongkorn University, helping students connect brand strategy, customer insight, marketing metrics, and AI-enabled analytics. The course focuses on turning data into strategic marketing decisions — from segmentation, brand performance, customer behavior, and dashboard interpretation to case-based analysis and applied AI in marketing. My role is to prepare future marketers to think with both data discipline and brand judgment: not just reading numbers, but translating them into sharper insights, better decisions, and responsible business action.
Teaching is part of my pleasure to meet the new young generation as well as sharing the experience and hopefully preps them for the marketing workforce.
