• Lead program for delivery of 100% sustainably sourced marine ingredients globally by 2020 and beyond. • Lead program delivering human rights action plan (HRAP) in Thai fisheries • Develop and lead program for managing sustainable sourcing risks in marine ingredients category beyond 2020 for Petcare Globally • Develop and manage knowledge base for HR and Biodiversity related supply chain risks • Build collaboration platforms with peer companies, competitors or other organisations to support and/or co-fund sustainable sourcing activities
• Followed closely policy developments in Asia-Pacific and identification of potential projects • Designed projects funded by the EU Foreign Policy Instrument of the Partnership Instruments. • Contributed to the shaping of the overall EU policies in Asia under specific thematic areas related to gender equality and women empowerment, trade and business cooperation, sustainable development goals, and global health issues. • Provided oversight and monitoring of the projects done collaboration with implementing partners from international organizations and selected contractors to ensure successful project implementation.
• Coordinated the implementation of ILO EU-funded Project on “Combatting Unacceptable Forms of Work in the Fishing and Seafood Industry” or “Ship to Shore Rights” in Thailand • In collaboration with partners, developed strategic programmatic interventions and field activities to achieve project objectives and to design targeted communication materials for migrant workers. This included fostering partnerships to launch national campaigns on sustainable and ethnical seafood supply chains in line with the draft Communications and Visibility Strategy. • Designed the methodological process of the baseline research for the Monitoring & Evaluation Framework and worked with partners to disseminate the results for further policy advocacy. • Acted as Secretariat for the Project to facilitate regular tripartite consultations to monitor the implementation process.
• Contributed to the situation analysis of children and women 2015, organized national consultations for planning UNICEF’s Country Programme Document 2017 - 2021, directly involved in the programme design of development results applying results-based management principles and the Theory of Change. • Manages the planning and design of an evidence-based advocacy and partnership strategy for the development of policies and practices in the realization of child’s rights. • Map out and build long-term alliances and partnerships for children with government, non-government organizations, private sector, and other potential partners on policy advocacy for child rights. • Engagement with the government, private sector within the mobile operators, and youth networks to launch an innovative outreach tool to listen to youth voices on issues that concerns them. • Ensures regular monitoring and evaluation of advocacy activities through field visits and consultations with partners.
• Supported the UN Country Team on the development of the UN Partnership Framework in Thailand and worked closely through the UN Joint Teams to ensure coordinated implementation and monitoring of results, including with UN Women/OHCHR as Chair of Joint Team on human rights and access to justice and ILO as Chair of Social Protection on the assessment of the Social Protection Floor. • Initiated and implemented common UN advocacy activities, such as the preparation of the annual UN Resident Coordinator’s report, MDGs reporting and post-2015 development agenda, and development cooperation seminars on emerging development issues, such as migration and labour mobility. • Coordinated high-level meetings with concerned partners, government, UN agencies and other stakeholders to discuss policy recommendations on various areas related to economic, social and environmental issues as well as development of joint funding proposals. • Supported the Humanitarian Country Team on coordination of humanitarian assistance offered to Thailand during the flooding crisis in 2011 and implementation of initiatives to enhance emergency response preparedness, such as contingency planning and simulation exercises.
