• Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director for the Asia region, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. • Take charge of the non-technical aspects of project management, focusing on customer relations and event coordination. • Act as the marketing contact point for subcontractors and liaise with the group marketing team. • Lead HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and HR information systems. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Manage accounting tasks in collaboration with external accounting firms, covering tax, invoicing, and payroll. • Support salespeople with regional sales reports and collaborate with the group finance team. • Coordinate and maintain company documents and office properties. • Handle secretarial tasks, including visa and work permit processing, appointment arrangements, and other assigned duties. • Ensure timely payment of utility bills, travel expenses, and reimbursements. • Process contract administration requests, such as distributor agreements, in collaboration with external legal firms. • Provide hands-on interpretation during meetings and document translation as needed
