• Ensure all Intercompany insurance reconciliation, statement preparation and settlement including transactions with external overseas reinsurers is up to date and accurately prepared on a timely manner. • Ensure reinsurance settlement with affiliates and external reinsurers are accurate and within the due payment date. • Ensure completeness of signed Reinsurance Agreements with Treaty and submission of all Treaty agreements to the OIC as per OIC requirement within the time frame. • Be part of team to implement Oracle R12 • Submit the report to Regional team as per requirement within the time frame. • Other projects, as assigned
• Provide monthly actual financial report and analysis package • Prepare monthly financial forecast package • Prepare monthly financial business review presentation • Prepare annual budget package • Develop financial business case to support commercial decision • Control Trade Spending vs budget/forecast • Handle (prepare data, checking and utilize) financial Business Intelligent system to provide in-depth analysis to business • Coordinate with commercial team to analyze Trade Spending and prepare Trade Spending forecast expense • Support ad-hoc project/work in finance and accounting team
• Prepare journal entries such as Advertising and Promotion provision transaction and reconciles ledger accounts. • Update sale transaction – Domestics and Overseas • Issue credit note and debit note • Prepare cash flow projection • Control and monitor customer aging • Monthly prepare output vat report, credit note report including reconcile with General Ledger • Prepare monthly report – AR aging, DSO and sales return report • Prepare analysis report for Sales Deductible and Advertising and Promotion on marketing, sales and trade marketing • Prepare Output & Input VAT Form (PP.30) and all supporting documents • Settle suspense Input VAT immediately once can be claimed from the Revenue Department • Ensure all qualified Input VAT will be claimed to Government without delay or expiring • Validate completeness and correctness of Input VAT Report with Physical Tax Invoice by Branch • Perform VAT reconciliation before VAT return vs. GL by W+4 after closing
• Developing, implementing and/or maintaining one or a combination of general accounting systems. • Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts. • Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions. • Balances books periodically and prepares profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements. • Maintains receipts and disbursement reports. • May prepare federal, state, and local reports and tax returns. • May interpret reports and records for managers. • The fundamental tasks of this role are to prepare, analyze, and verify financial documents in order to provide information to internal clients/management.
• Reconcile customers statement of accounts. • Research on debits in the accounts. • Match debits with credits in the account after research and analysis. • Prepare maintenance sheet for collectors approval. • Initiate charge backs if necessary for collectors approval. • Liaise with internal customers for resolution on returns and credits.
• Manage schedule for audit each client during the year (quarterly review, interim audit, stock observation and year end audit) • Prepare draft of financial statement consist of balance sheets, statement of income, changes in shareholders’ equity, cash flows and consolidated financial statement. • Audit significant account in financial statement such as inventory, trade account receivable, cost of sale etc. • Solving problem, assist engagement team and list important issue to discuss with manager or partner. • Prepare client report weakness to manager.
