With over 15-year working experience as tax advisor, my work experiences cover a wide range of tax services, ranging from tax advisory and structuring, tax compliance review and due diligence, transfer pricing documentation and tax investigation. Most of the clients are MNCs (both financial and non-financial corporations).
The work concentrated on conducting financial due diligence for the purposes of debt restructuring. I was the team supervisor in conducting financial due diligence to determine debtors' business viability. My scope of work included preparation of financial projections and business/debt restructuring plans to be submitted to creditors and regulators for consideration and approval.
I was a team leader handling various types of projects. My scope of works included: - preparation of financial feasibility study for the purpose of corporatization/privatization and other business purposes. - analysis and preparation of debt-restructuring plans - preparation of information memorandum and share valuation with the purposes of joint venture, merger & acquisition, or share listing. - advice on group and financial restructure in preparation for share listing.
I started my career as credit analyst responsible for analysing client's financial position and preparing loan approval report. Later, I focused more on financial advisory and project financing works. As financial advisor, my areas of works mainly focused on preparation of information and financial projection for share listing and joint venture exercises.
