Customer Service ●Provide accurate quotation for customers in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos PDR. ● Creating orders in TMS or other available global system within timely manner. ● Track and trace all shipments from pick up till deliver with prompt updates to the customers ● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. ● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts ● Coordinate with operations and support functions to provide effective solutions for client’s requirement related to operational enquiries i.e., order processing, inventory management etc. ● Support Business Growth by coordinating closely with Business Development team to create and build sustainable strong relationship with customers. Project ● Manage Project setup, coordination, and maintenance into internal system ● Manage communication with customers, World Courier offices and local sites/CRA on project setup. ●Prepare & send site packs with all applicable shipping documentation and instructions for clinical trials.
Provide customers with professional and accurate information through multi-channel communication -Identify and act on selling opportunities to retain revenue, whilst providing suitable solutions to customer’s requirements -Ensure transactional information and system entries are completed in an accurate, complete and timely manner -Proactively take actions, where applicable , to solve service issues
-Monitor and updating shipment status -Contact consignee for cargo delivery or releasing arrangement -Respond to enquiry from customers about service products & import problems -Coordinate and communicate with colleagues involved locally and overseas -Get and do quotation -Assure timely billing as per company polices
