In my roles as Legal Director and Senior Legal Counsel, I have acted as a strategic legal advisor to senior management on regulatory, commercial and governance-related matters. I operate with a high degree of autonomy in my role, while being strongly embedded in cross-functional teams and organisational decision-making processes, translating legal complexity into clear, pragmatic guidance within a governance framework shaped by shareholder expectations and long-term value creation. My background is primarily in energy and infrastructure, where scale, public scrutiny and regulatory pressure are inherent.
