I am a Passionate Chemical Engineer. Graduate Chemical Engineer with hands on experience in Bromine production operations and Benzyl Chloride Process and handle their operation like reactors, Stripper columns, distillation column. Strong knowledge of chemical processes, plant safety, and troubleshooting in continuous process. Quick learner with a focus on process optimization and safety compliance.
Handling operation and process optimize the chemical process safe and effectively. Submitting BMR accurately and according to this process begins. Handling reactors, AGNFD, Sparkler Filter, Centrifuge etc. Manage operator and helper there work.
In this training my duty is observed the all equipment and process. And gain the knowledge of all things like which raw material and product which chemicals is used. Because I was given this all detail in report. I learned the material balance and energy balances and how to operate the plant and feeding the raw material in reactor or vessel column.
My First training in chemical industry and I learned lot of things which is observed practically. I enjoyed 15 days training lot.
