I was the key member of the executive team and I have participated in the development of strategic goals, objectives and business plans of the organization. Here, I directed the implementation of green field project worth ~ 1.4 billion USD for establishment of Regional Distribution Centre of Iron Ore including private maritime terminal with long deep-water jetty (2km from shoreline). I have designed and implemented effective controls to manage pricing activities and ensure alignment with functional goals. I have assisted the commercial team in solving the issues in the supply chain of Sales of Iron Ore specially with new Malaysian Clients. Also, I have directed the entire site facilities, meal / canteen, accommodation, transportation / fleet management, air travel management, office administration, etc. Some of my noteworthy milestones include: • Pioneered new greenfield Projects involving the initial survey, preparation of feasibility report, acquisition of land & further implementation of the project along with legal matters. • Aided the tax analysis of all the proposed business opportunity for its impact on Malaysian Company jointly with global tax team. • Served key role in advancing the strategic growth of the organization while ensuring financial stewardship, to include both affiliations and organic growth.
