With over 15 years of diverse experience in human resources, I have successfully led transformation initiatives, driven operational excellence, and managed cross-functional teams at renowned organizations like Manipal Teaching Hospital, Amazon, and Luminous Power Technologies. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Manipal Teaching Hospital, I oversee a team of 10 professionals and manage over 1,600 employees across multiple functions, including HR, Nursing, Academics, and Operations. I play key role in handling three Trade Unions & one coordination committee & has been key player in successfully closing two CBAs. (Collective Bargaining Agreements). Throughout my career, I have played a key role in implementing strategic initiatives, particularly in the healthcare sector, where I helped optimize employee engagement, streamline processes, and contribute to hospital transformation under new leadership. I am passionate about improving business operations through data analytics, digital transformation, and strategic planning.
