• Managing end-to-end talent acquisition, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and strategic hiring decisions. • Overseeing employee onboarding with orientation programs, documentation, and policy familiarization. • Administering performance management processes, guiding managers and employees, and identifying training and development needs. • Handling HR operations through HRMS, including employee data management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance. • Managing employer branding and talent engagement through LinkedIn and Instagram, including content creation and social media strategy. • Driving employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Fridays, team-building activities, and corporate events. • Developing and managing internal communications and employer branding through blog content.
