"Growth in Web3 begins with narrative, but it survives through structure." In the past, I focused on GTM and Exchange Strategy. However, witnessing the rise and fall of countless projects led me to a deeper realization: Most Web3 failures are not due to a lack of marketing, but due to "Structural Role Overload." Currently, projects are trying to act as a government, a central bank, and a corporation all at once. This model is broken. As the Co-CEO of FD Labs, I am shifting the paradigm from short-term pumps to long-term sustainability. DRK is a Web3-based digital therapeutics platform focused on Type 2 Diabetes (T2D). The project was selected for the TIPS program in June 2022, and integrates medical protocols, user behavior data, and blockchain technology to build next-generation DTx solutions.
