About

Hi there 👋🏻 Thank you for checking out my profile and what I do! 📈 I am a strong believer that It is right to struggle against an unjust economic system that does not uphold the priority of the human being over capital and land. Labor is the “heart” of many successful countries economically. I took the first step in pursuing a Business Management diploma from Nanyang Polytechnic, which specializes in Human Resource and International Business. The ability to gain insights into the fundamentals of developing, reinforcing, and changing the culture of an organisation allowed me to place people first that has a profoundly positive impact on employees, thereby affecting productivity. My strong intellectual curiosity allowed me to discover my aspiration in being an Economist by leveraging my strength in Analytical thinking 🧐 and passion for Numbers to strengthen the labor workforce for strong, sustainable, and balanced growth in the country. 📣 I am a strong advocate for empowering youth to uncover and maximize their potential. I led Nanyang Polytechnic’s Community Service Club with the vision of providing support and inspiring underprivileged youths in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity & Ambiguity) world 🗺. I am currently leading the Talent Acquisition team at The Young SEAkers Singapore 🇸🇬, nurturing the next generation of Southeast Asia youth leaders in advancing the ASEAN-China economic growth corridor. 🧐 I favor meeting new people to see the various perspective about the world. Hence, I joined various webinars during my leisure time to look at ideas from a different point of view in addition to networking. You will also see me leveraging my strategic-thinking skill by playing Darts 🎯 🌟 Overall, I strive for a world where every person has an equal opportunity to uncover and fulfill their maximum potential. 💬 If you have ideas on how we can collaborate or would like to connect and chat, feel free to reach out to me with a connection request 😊 Human Resource | International Business | Aspiring Economist | Prioritising People | Social Impact | Culture | Unity | Morality | Liberty | Equality | Growth-Mindset | The Young SEAkers | INTP
