• Provide deep dive technical sessions and consulting services to customers in APAC and EMEA regions looking for on-prem, hybrid or cloud based unified communication solutions according to market trends. • Provide pre-sales and post-sales supports when required be it for new opportunities or existing customers, for example PoC, validating the new solution design. • Design and deploy single or multi vendors unified communication solution to meet customer requirements. • Experiences in providing managed Unified communication services to customers. • Working with different vendors to troubleshoot and resolve customer escalations. • Responsible for maintaining and optimizing Elisa Videra Cloud Unified communication platform which is based on multi vendors solutions (Pexip, Poly, Oracle SBC, Cisco, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet......etc) on AWS and Microsoft Azure Cloud services. • Proposed new products strategy for Elisa Videra Cloud video platform and overall budget to meet customer requirements by defining product positioning and prioritizing its features.
• Responsible for the design and implement Polycom Unified Communications solutions • Perform technical and functional presentations or PoC to customers • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements and transfer high Level Requirements into concrete implementation design • Provide technical resolution of issues arising from changes to scope or design or during implementation and work with various engineering teams to escalate customer issues. • Provide feedback to product development team for features enhancement • Update job knowledge by reading professional publications, posting knowledge based articles.
• Provide presales and postsales supports for customers in APAC. • Present and demonstrate Alcatel-Lucent IMS products to prospect customers. • Work and communicate with the customer, internal and external resources in order to provide the best solution to the customers. • Provide detailed specification for trials and new systems deployment based on the customer requirements. Efficiently hand-over the project to the support group after successful deployment.
• Support presales activity and PoC for customers. • Conduct technical workshop and gather technical requirements from customer for deployment. • Responsible for designing, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance in technical aspect for IP and Mobile Centrex projects in Asia region.
