TUK is a quick commerce company that provides on-demand services to its users including: transport, food delivery and package delivery. • Expanded operations in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket. • Managed driver recruitment, training, schedules and incentive program for over 4,000 contractors. • Led product development on consumer app, driver app, merchant app and internal tools. • Improved pickup and delivery times by 63% by shipping a driver incentives program, and in-app workflow improvements. • Worked on TUK from ideation to breakeven.
