I am the Head of Sustainability, Research, & Analytics at First Industrial, a leading industrial real estate investment trust. With over 15 years of experience in real estate investment analysis and data science, I help the company make informed and strategic decisions about its business and the economic drivers that impact its performance. My mission is to drive value and impact through data, analytics, and ESG, both internally and externally. I have a deep expertise in fundamental analysis, econometric models, portfolio optimization, and valuation, as well as a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and economics. I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School, and I am a licensed research analyst with Series 7, 63, 86/87 certifications. I also identify and analyze sources of ancillary revenues related to sustainability and technology, and lead the implementation of data analytics and AI solutions for the enterprise. Additionally, I serve as an advisor to several innovative companies that use cutting-edge approaches to solve pressing problems in various sectors.
