• Manage SAP projects including migration of legacy customer master data on SAP R/3 • Manage the generation of LOB, Sales Org & Plant level reports using SAP R3 & BI and Projects & Services reports from Siebel Analytics to ensure materials are setup correctly in all systems being used in SAP implementation • Sending out weekly status reports on SAP migration. These reports contain details of customer master records with insufficient information and need to be worked to match SAP standards. • Creating ad hoc reports in Salesforce and Siebel Answers • Managed a team of 5 analysts working on reporting requests from global Aerospace clients • Coordinating with SAP help desk to troubleshoot order management issues like account groups, master data, pricing and sales tax. • Coordinating with the Credit team to apply appropriate Payment terms on customer accounts. • Mapping/Remapping of customers with proper SBUs/Market Segment & LOB.
