• Currently responsible for monitoring and tracking business loan sales through Branch Banking ,Channel Partner & Other cross functional divisions of the Bank • Joint visits with BM ,RM and other Branch officials of branch to customer for ensuring business generation • Maintaining and Controlling of WIRR, TAT, FTR , Channel Payout & NPA as per Company standards which results in profitability of the product. • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal head
• Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth. • Develop and manage different efficient distribution networks for sales in different locations across Rajasthan. • Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team. • Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization. • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal head.
