Key responsibilities: Providing end to end solutions to the clients business problems with structured and rational approach Designing research instruments and research proposals with an objective to address client’s business objectives Conducting in depth statistical data analysis to generate unique insights that support clients in the action planning Preparing detailed reports consisting the key findings, insights derived from the quantitative analysis Ensuring timely delivery of research projects through adequate workflow planning and organizing
Key responsibilities: Store business operations, including managing profit and loss, facility management and loss prevention Human Resources, specifically: recruiting, hiring, training and development, payroll, and workplace scheduling Product management, including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products and returns Team Development, facilitating staff learning and development Visual merchandising and inventory control
