• Own, lead and drive end-to-end transformation programs within P2P & T&E for a defined portfolio • Build and maintain communication network between Internal and External Users, Service Providers and all other parties and organization involved • Act as a Process Expert on the process to allow the effective delivery of the programs and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure program supports business needs & allow execution of company strategies • Managing the performance of Project resources – Internal & External
- Drive the governance of all projects impacting Finance enabling effective decision-making through the Finance Architecture Board. - Partner with key Finance and Technology stakeholders, taking responsibility for Finance portfolio management and providing insights to prioritize projects that affect Finance operation - To ensure that processes, information, and data are appropriately governed and consistently controlled. - Drive clear accountabilities, reinforcing common ways of working for all programs impacting Finance. - Chair the X-GPO forum and ensure that decisions regarding projects, resources and funding are approved and tracked.

• Managed Purchase to Pay / Travel and expense program delivery for a defined portfolio of initiatives agreed with the Global Process Owner, Finance and Procurement leadership. Key Programme includes Coupa Deployment in over 100 entities, KoFax OCR Deployment, Supply Chain Financing, Virtual Cards, Eliminating Paper and ERP Harmonization • Created playbook for New Legal Entities adoption for P2P Processes and systems • Communication networks between internal and external users and service providers, and all other parties and organizations involved. • Acted as a process expert on the process to allow the effective delivery of programs and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensured programs support AstraZeneca business needs and allow execution of company strategies
