At CitiusTech, I have been privileged to contribute to a remarkable growth story, helping scale the organisation from 170 employees to approx. 8,000 across the US and India. I have led multiple market delivery organisations, grown businesses from USD 10M to USD 150M, built trusted CXO relationships, and consistently balanced customer success with operational discipline, margin performance, and sustainable growth. In my current role as Executive Vice President and Head of Operational Excellence, I lead enterprise-wide initiatives spanning operational excellence, talent transformation, learning and development, business applications, cost optimization, and GenAI-led modernization. My passion lies in building systems and capabilities that make organizations more agile, data-driven, and future-ready. Beyond delivery and operations, I am deeply interested in leadership development and organisational capability building. Some of my most satisfying accomplishments have been seeing leaders I've mentored go on to take on significant responsibilities and shape the next phase of growth for their organisations.
