Indigo Mobile technology was a handset design house base on MTK 2G/2.5G handset platform with some 140 employees, majorly founded by MTK. SW director: Managed a SW team to accomplish 2.5G handset projects based on MTK platform. SW PM: Customer and 3’rd party project manager for SW related project control. Agile process was adpoted for project execution. In charge of new handset feature and UI design. Major achievements were the accomplishment of a GPS navigator handset project(Shanhai) and a Motorola ODM handset project( Miami).
Platform team senior manager: Managed a platform division of 50 members which consists of protocol, tool, system and driver team. TI protocol SW team and manager. Be in charged all TI platform protocol development and issues between handset and GPRS network. Take SW process such as coding convention, code review, design document, design, review, daily build into practice.
